GracieGrace brought the practice of Yoga into her life many years ago. Realising the positive impact it had in her own life management, she wanted to teach the practice to others and empower then to deal with lifes ups and downs. Having her qualification under her belt, Grace combined her love of the practice with her natural connection with children and has designed many effective yoga programmes for primary schools.

Grace facilitates 30 mins and 45 mins Yoga sessions where young students are introduced to the basic yogic principals.  As a performer too, Grace skilfully weaves other means of creative expression into the activity, which allows the children to explore the space physically through movement and verbally through song.

Grace says
I really enjoy my time as a children’s yoga facilitator, and being a performer, I have a natural creative flair for working with whatever is thrown at me during the course of a childrens class! I teach all age groups, from toddlers through to teenagers.
